Who we are
This website is run by Gustavo Diaz, a Florida-licensed real estate sales associate (license # SL3630523) and REALTOR® with eXp Realty, LLC, 10752 Deerwood Park Blvd, Suite 100, Jacksonville, FL 32256 (866-308-7109). What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send through a form on this site:
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Your message and any details you add, such as a property address (home value form), the areas, budget range and timeline you’re considering (buyer form), preferred showing times (listing forms), or whether you’re buying, selling or relocating.
You don’t need an account to use this site, and we don’t ask for payment or financial information here.
How your form is sent
Forms on this site are processed by Web3Forms , a form service that receives your submission and emails it to Gustavo. Web3Forms handles that information under its own privacy policy. Each form also includes a hidden spam-check field that people don’t see or fill in.
How we use your information
- To answer your inquiry, set up a call or showing, or prepare a home value review you asked for.
- To contact you by call, text or email about your inquiry, with the consent you give when you submit a form. Consent isn’t a condition of any purchase, and message and data rates may apply.
- To keep records that real estate rules or eXp Realty require.
You can ask Gustavo to stop calling, texting or emailing you at any time.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- We don’t share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
We may share it with eXp Realty, Gustavo’s brokerage, where real estate rules require, with people involved in a transaction you ask us to help with (for example a lender, title company or another agent), or when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tags. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The MLS home search and instant home value tools embedded on the home page and area pages are provided by eXp Realty’s IDX provider (BoldTrail) from gustavodiaz.exprealty.com and may set their own cookies under that provider’s privacy policy.
Links to other sites
Some links take you to sites we don’t run, each with its own privacy policy, including:
- Gustavo’s Google booking page for scheduling a call (Google).
- The home search at gustavodiaz.exprealty.com (eXp Realty’s BoldTrail property search).
- Listing detail pages on Redfin, and photo credit pages such as Wikimedia Commons, Flickr and NASA.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries as long as needed to respond to you and to meet real estate recordkeeping requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
To ask what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, call or text 727-743-5854, email [email protected], or use the contact form. Some records may need to be kept where the law or brokerage rules require.
Children
This site is meant for adults looking to buy or sell a home. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send, but no website or email system is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page with a new effective date.
